As a boutique employee rights firm, a large portion of our cases involve the representation of salary and hourly workers who have been improperly denied wages such as overtime or whose rights have been trampled by their employers.

Whether a claim is best pursued on an individual basis or on a class representative basis, given the opportunity, we will review your potential case free of charge. If we take the case, we will advance all costs and expenses. If we accept your case, you will pay us nothing until we collect for you.  If you do not collect, you do not owe us a fee.
