ROGER R. CARTER, ATTORNEY AT LAW, MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Carter attended Tufts University, obtaining his B.A. in Political Science in 1984. While attending Tufts University, he also studied at The London School of Economics and worked for British Parliament as a Research Assistant to a Member specializing in Foreign Affairs. In 1987, he obtained his law degree from William and Mary. During that time he also attended Exeter University, specializing in courses emphasizing European Community Law. He also worked for a Barrister in Exeter, Devon, England, while attending Exeter University. Mr. Carter also obtained a Masters Degree in International Business and Taxation (LL.M.) in 1988, thereafter working at one of the largest law firms in Madrid, Spain.

In 1989, Mr. Carter was admitted to the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the bar of Washington, D.C. Since becoming an active member of the bar, he has obtained extensive experience in business litigation, working for premiere defense firms for the first seven years of his practice. Thereafter, he commenced working on behalf of plaintiffs, primarily victimized employees.

Having practiced for almost twenty years, and having worked for both defendants and plaintiffs, Mr. Carter possesses the unique experience, reputation and ability to strongly represent individuals and large classes of plaintiffs.

BIANCA A. SOFONIO, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Ms. Sofonio received her education from the University of California, Irvine (B.A., 1992) and California Western School of Law (J.D. 1995) and was admitted to the California Bar in 1995. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern and Central Districts.

For the past seven years she has concentrated her practice in the area of employment and labor law.
